Team Leader
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Team Leader, working with offenders in custody to help them prepare for work on release.
Location: Working across the area with an admin base within one of the North Cluster sites, HMP Drake Hall, HMP Foston Hall, HMP Morton Hall, HMP Nottingham, HMP Ranby, HMP Sudbury
The job involves leading and mentoring a disperse team of careers advisors who are working with people serving custodial sentences, to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities, so they're ready to start a new life on release and break the cycle of reoffending.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people and communities.
You'll need to have :
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of working with offenders
- Experience of line managing people, to enable them to fulfil their potential at work
We'll give you all the training you need to do the job and to get established in the new role. Our teams are always supportive and friendly towards new starters, to help them to settle into the job.

Qualifications:
Qualification requirement minimum expectation of Career Information Advice and Guidance level 6 Diploma or working towards the qualification
Salary range between 29,396 - 33,958 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
Interviews will be 29th August 25 via MS Teams.
