The Role

Lead shifts, mentor staff, and act as role model. Support children with their education, health, and social needs. Manage care planning, record-keeping, and safeguarding. Promote positive relationships with children, families, and professionals. Participate in activities, trips, and holidays. Sleep-in duties as part of the rota.
About You

? NVQ Level 3/4 in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
? 2+ years' experience in residential childcare
? Proven leadership experience
? Calm, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
? Full UK driving licence
? Enhanced DBS check required
