Team Leader

14 - 16 per hourKey responsibilities:
Lead shifts and support Residential support workers Promote safeguarding and positive support Support care planning risk assessments and daily routines Action a positive role model for young people Maintain accurate records Support training and staff development Ensure compliance with Children's homes regulations.
