Team Leader/Manager - Bikanervala UK
Responsible for daily outlet operations, staff supervision, customer service excellence, and food safety compliance. Duties include managing rotas, handling cash reconciliation, stock control, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring hygiene standards. Must lead by example, train team members, meet sales targets, and maintain brand standards.
