Job Description

Lead with Compassion, Care with Purpose

The Grange is a 27-bedded residential home, providing exceptional support to individuals with physical disability or neurological condition.

We are looking for compassionate and skilled

Team Leader

to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.

What you'll be Doing

Oversee daily operations of the care home Lead and support a team of care staff Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations Develop and implement care plans Manage staff schedules and training Foster a positive and inclusive environment

What You'll Need

At least 2-3 + years' experience as a Team Leader in a care home. Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of physical disability or neurological condition. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care Must be fully flexible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
