Job Description

We are looking for a friendly individual to join our team. Most of us have worked together for at least 7 years and are excited to welcome some new faces.

We have a part time position available, the right candidate would be available to work both Saturday and Sunday in a supervisory role, there are Monday to Friday evenings also available. The hourly rate is dependent on your age/experience, please enquire for more details.

Team Members are essential in the daily operations of our store, You will be required to ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety and Subway Policies in order to maintain the exceptional standards of our store.

Our customers are key to the success of our business and therefore providing outstanding customer service is paramount to this role. You are expected to be polite, courteous and accommodating towards our customers in order to provide an exceptional customer experience and to ensure repeat business.

You will be working as part of a team but you will be expected to use your own initiative whilst being able to follow instructions from more senior staff.

Main duties:

Providing a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders Prepare veg and meats for the day ahead Bake bread Keep the sandwich units stocked and looking their best Checking temperatures/dates of all food items Collect payment from guests Receive and prepare delivery orders Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant Weekly deep clean of the store Receive deliveries and ensure stock rotation Open/Close the store Complete daily cash controls
