To provide day to day administrative, compliance and quality assurance guidance to all staff working within the substance use service in Dyfed. This post holder will be part of the Management team for Dyfed and will work to ensure the integrated service is high quality and its data meets our Key Performance Indicators. The post holder will provide line management and supervision directly to regional administrators and other roles where required and will coordinate the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) numbers for the Choices and DDAS services with an administration team that answers telephone calls, takes referrals and seeks to give appropriate harm reduction information and initial assessments into services. This role will support the Managers to audit the quality of our services and analyse trends in our data sets to inform service development going forward.
