As a Team Leader within our Neurodevelopmental service, you will lead and develop a team of medical assistants and contract coordinators, ensuring that we uphold our company values and work towards team kpis.
Working with over 80 NHS trusts, our clinical care team delivers a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services - all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.

Effectively lead a team of contract coordinators and medical assistants to drive efficiency and coordination, achieving impactful results for the wider business and our service users
Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members, ensuring they have a robust onboarding and training plan as well as ongoing training and development throughout their tenure.
Attend contract meetings to discuss accounts, check reporting including audits and monthly savings, and provide weekly reporting on deliverables, individual stats, and monthly saving reports and ensure effectively delivery of the service.
Effectively manage resources to maximize productivity and balance staff engagement aswell as ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are all met
