Responsibilities
Supervise and manage team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, hospitality practices, and customer service skills.
Coordinate daily activities in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring smooth workflow.
Assist with food production, including menu planning and inventory management.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to implement new procedures and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Previous experience in kitchen environments, hotels, or as a barista is advantageous.
