We're looking for a Team Leader / Sales Coordinator to oversee our sales team's day-to-day activities, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently while supporting our growing business.



About the Role





You'll act as the bridge between our management team and our front-line sales staff, ensuring daily tasks are prioritised, progress is tracked, and our clients receive the outstanding service we're known for.



You won't necessarily need direct estate agency experience, we can teach you that, but you will need strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.



Key Responsibilities




Oversee day-to-day activity across the sales team Monitor progress on listings, offers, and completions Ensure client updates and communications are consistent and professional Help the team stay focused and accountable to targets and service standards Support management in driving performance and maintaining team morale Lead morning meetings and provide clear direction for the day Step in to assist with client queries or help resolve challenges efficiently Conduct valuations and viewings

About You





We're looking for someone who is:


Confident and people-focused, a natural communicator and motivator Organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools Able to stay calm and focused under pressure Ideally has personal experience of buying, selling, or renting property Interested in developing a long-term career within property and leadership
