126 (negotiable based on experience) +

About the Role:

We're hitting the road with

Jack Daniel's

to bring an exciting

POS (Point of Sale) awareness and sampling tour

to bars and pubs across the UK. This is more than just pouring samples -- we're showing venues how JD supports them with innovative gamified POS tools to boost sales and engagement.

As a

Team Leader

, you'll be the face of the brand, guiding your team and leading the conversation with bar staff to

upsell

educate

deliver impact

Responsibilities:

? Lead a team to execute in-bar activations and JD sampling
? Upsell and explain JD's gamified POS tools to bar staff
? Ensure clear brand messaging and strong relationship-building at every stop
? Manage visit flow: set-up, engagement, and debrief at each venue
? Ensure smooth operations across multiple venues per day
? Drive between venues (fuel covered!)

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience in sales leadership or similar roles
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Confident in upselling and educating B2B customers
? Ability to coach and support a small team
? Comfortable analysing performance and adapting in real-time
? Must be

available for all dates listed

? Must have

your own vehicle

and a valid license
