About the Role

As a

Team Leader

, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of care services, supporting residents to live with dignity and independence. You will supervise and support care staff, oversee care plans, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and motivate the care team during shifts Ensure high standards of care are delivered at all times Administer medication and oversee care documentation Support training and development of care staff Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a senior care role (essential) NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) Strong leadership and communication skills A caring and compassionate nature Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
