PCAS Kent offers individuals support for living across locations in Kent as well as in their own homes within the community, who are diagnosed with having a learning differences, autism and mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities:

To provide excellent practice leadership to support staff and to model the way of working that PCAS promote To ensure that support plans, risk assessments and other associated support documents are fully completed and reviewed. Supervision and appraisal of support staff as delegated by the Service Manager. To participate in the company on-call duties as required. To oversee key workers and ensure that monthly reviews are completed, and goals set and/or reviewed as appropriate. To ensure that all safeguarding requirements are adhered to and met. To ensure that log notes are completed and filed in accordance with company policy. Any other duties as reasonably expected by line manager.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential. Minimum 2 years' experience in a social care environment.

Pay: 13.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
