We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a drive for results, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage your time efficiently while working independently.

Duties



Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services. Build rapport with potential customers by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised schedule to maximise outreach efforts within assigned territories. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer feedback for reporting purposes. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements



Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks and appointments effectively. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate clearly with customers. Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using digital tools for reporting. A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between locations.
