An unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small friendly team Marine Park. is a family run independent care home supporting 30 residents. We are looking for a team leader to join our successful team.
To lead and support a team of care staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents living within our Caring & Leading Care Homes, ensuring dignity, respect, safety, and well-being at all times. The Team Leader acts as a role model, supports the Home Manager, and ensures compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provider support to the manager and care co-ordinator to deliver a safe service and dispense medications and lead the team floor
- To deliver and promote the positive benefits of equality and diversity in the way that you carry out your duties and responsibilities
- To instil, promote and maintain a health and safety environment for Employee and residents
- Be flexible and highly motivated
- Be keen to implement service developments
Supporting manager with below:
Rota Management
Governance / completion of audits
Care plans and care plan reviews
Ensuring all residents have appropriate risk assessments in place
Care control throughout the home
Supporting with enquiry management
Supporting with all pre-admission assessments
Supporting with and control of budgets
Leading on staff wide support and completion of supervisions
Supporting with recruitment and selection of new staff
Leading on resident and staff meetings
