Summary

As a Team Leader at Multi Channel Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in guiding your team towards achieving operational excellence. This position is essential in fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with our core values of customer obsession, passion, teamwork, and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of performance. Foster a culture of collaboration and support within the team to enhance productivity. Ensure that all processes are followed efficiently to meet customer expectations. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between management and staff to communicate expectations and feedback.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-driven. Experience in logistics or fulfilment operations is preferred but not essential. A passion for customer service and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Shift Patterns

6am - 2pm rotated weekly to 2pm to 10pmbasic is 37.5 hours per week

13.25 per hour

Experience

- At least 1 years experience at team leader level
