Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, support, and motivate the Tenancy Progression team to meet and exceed performance targets and service standards.
Act as the first point of contact for team members for guidance, problem-solving, and escalations.
Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews to drive accountability and development.
Support new team members through onboarding, training, and mentoring.
Operational Oversight
Monitor and manage daily workloads, ensuring even distribution and timely completion of all tasks.
Oversee the end-to-end tenancy progression process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
Take ownership of challenge or complex tenancy files, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining excellent stakeholder communication.
Ensure all documentation, payments, and references are completed accurately and in line with deadlines.
Performance & Quality
Track and report on key performance metrics for the team (e.g., turnaround times, fall-through rates, compliance).
Identify process improvements and contribute to refining systems to improve efficiency and service quality.
Ensure all communication with landlords, tenants, and internal teams is professional, prompt, and aligned with brand standards.
Make sure the Right Now Referencing standards are upheld in the best interest of our clients.
Deliver a first-class user experience for every renter that chooses to rent through Right Now.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between the Tenancy Progression team and the wider Leasing Department.
Work closely with Leasing Negotiators, Property Management, and Accounts to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Escalate significant issues, delays, or risks to the Lettings Manager promptly with proposed solutions.
About You:
1. Proven experience in Tenancy Progression or Administration roles within Lettings, Build to Rent or Co-Living.
4. Strong understanding of lettings, legislation, compliance, and tenancy documentation.
5. Confidence to manage internal stakeholder relations
6. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
7. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
8. Proficient in CRM and property management software (e.g., HubSpot, Reapit, or similar).
