Team Leader - Venue Fundraising (Newcastle)

13.70 per hour + Commission + Bonus

(OTE 28,574-45,000+ per year)

We're looking for experienced, confident leaders to manage our venue-based fundraising teams. If you've got fundraising or sales experience and know how to inspire performance, this is your chance to step up and lead a team that truly makes a difference.

our Role:

Manage and motivate a team of 3-6 venue fundraisers Set up and maintain branded charity stands in high footfall venues (shopping centres, supermarkets, events, etc.) Support your team in engaging the public and securing regular donations Recruit and train new fundraisers Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and standards Travel nationwide and stay in different regions as needed (accommodation & travel covered)
