Community Support Services is dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Team Leader
to join our team!What you'll be Doing
Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support. Develop and implement individualized care plans for service users. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services. Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with CQC Regulations Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
What You'll Need
At least 2-3 + years' experience as a Team Leader within the Care Sector Must be able to drive Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of best practices in care for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs, Minimum of NVQ3 in Health and Social Care
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
