Pine Lodge Residential Home is a Residential Care Home in Weston-Super-Mare and has an excellent opportunity for the role of Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is organised, driven and motivated. Your role will be to support the registered manager to organise the day to day running of the service provision through the Policies, training, supervision and guidance provided by the Company. You will also support all the care staff that provide care to our residents within the care setting.
Some of the responsibilities for a Team leader are as follows;
. Develop relationships with carers and clients.
. Providing care when needed.
.To be part of the on call system and carry out on call duties.
.To assist in the development of new areas of work, liaising with health care, social services and other professionals, carrying out care assessments and developing care plans.
.To assist in the ongoing process of client reviews.
.To support with administration duties (Invoicing, staff files and resident files)
.To support in auditing aspects of care
.To provide ongoing supervision to support workers.
The average pattern of working would be 2x office days and 2x care days where you would work with the staff on the floor supporting them and ensuring the safe running of the shift.
