We have an opportunity available for a

Team Leader

forour DSV team in Hindley Green, Wigan. This role is offered on a full time basis, working 35 hours per week Sunday Thursday.


The main purpose of our

DSV Team Leader

will be to lead the day-to-day operation of DSV Team through the effective delegation of tasks, ensuring the team are motivated and engaged and all DSV orders are processed the day they are received.

Your key responsibilities as our DSV Team Leader will be to;

Achieve high levels of OTIF for DSV orders Set and achieve KPIs/SLAs for the team Create development plans for the team and ensure these are achieved Lead and motivate the team with a win/win attitude to enable growth Provide reports at retailer level to ensure high standards are maintained Create DILO/WILO/MILO for the department so everyone understands what needs to be achieved Support the Supply Chain Director on projects as required

Our ideal DSV Team Leader will have the following skills and experience;

Previous experience of supervising/leading people Customer or logistics experience GCSEs 5 (English and Maths A-C grade included) Able to multi-task in a constantly changing environment Good oral and written communication skills Administration and organisation skills Friendly and fun in the workplace Team Player Enthusiastic
