Responsibilities
Take telephone orders
Assist with food preparation and cooking in line with Grill Plug standards.
Supervise and support kitchen and service staff to maintain efficiency during peak hours.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.
Help manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed.
Work closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience.
Support the training of new team members on food handling, safety, and service standards.
Engage positively with customers and handle feedback or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Experience in a restaurant, takeaway, or hospitality setting is essential.
Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Experience supervising or leading a small team is desirable.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in front-of-house, serving, or barista roles is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and delivering top-quality service.
