Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while ensuring exceptional service standards. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a diverse team, maintain high levels of food safety, and foster a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Oversee daily activities in the kitchen and cafe, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to food safety regulations. Train and mentor team members in barista skills, hygiene standards , and customer service best practices. Manage inventory levels and assist with food production planning to meet demand. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the kitchen Collaborate with management on any arears for business development. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Experience

Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry and has the ability to manage teams effectively (required) Barista experience 1 year (required) Management in a cafe setting (preferred) Have a strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. Experience in stock management.

Job Type: Part-time
