We are looking to employ an Experienced Car Valeter/Team Leader for one of our prestige dealerships in the motor industry.

For over two decades Direct Valeting have been trusted by retail motor dealerships to boost their financial performance through enhanced customer satisfaction levels. We provide a fully managed valeting solution, which allows the dealership to focus on its core activities.

Requirements

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm.

You will be well organised with the ability to manage your time effectively and possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with being well versed in building effective working relationships. You will have the ability to motivate those around you to continuously improve the business.

This role could be the next career step for individuals who wish to progress into a management role or individuals already working in a managerial capacity. Previous experience in managing teams is desirable.

Your main responsibilities will be:

To ensure all cars are valeted to the highest standard To pay attention to detail Applicants must have a full valid Driving Licence Willingness to learn and teach methods of valeting
