An opportunity of P/T Team Leader has arisen at our Bakery in Hitchin, Redhill Road.

This role is available to start with immediate effect

We are an extremely fast paced, busy bakery shop and each member of the team is crucial to ensure our service runs smoothly. Working with us is a great opportunity to lead a great team, to meet new people each day and be part of the local community.

Key responsibilities:

Offering great customer service

Food preparation

Making great Barista coffee

Passion for fine foods

Ensure the highest level of hygiene are adhere to and the shop is kept clean throughout the day

Supporting the Shop Manager

Monday 06:00-16:30

Saturday 06:45-13:15

Being flexible to work more hours when the manager is on holiday would be preferable

The hours are perfect to dovetail with education and provide experience in running a unit. We also have opportunities for overtime in the local area if you want to apply for this role to take more hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.61 per hour

Expected hours: 15.75 per week
