Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise
a production team in ahands-on
role to meet daily targets efficiently.-Ensure
food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
are met at all times.-Train and develop
team members to maintain high performance in amulticultural environment
.-Monitor production processes
and resolve any issues promptly.-Work collaboratively with
other departments
to ensure smooth operations.What We're Looking For:
-Previous
experience in food production
or amanufacturing leadership role desirable
.-Strong understanding of
food safety regulations and hygiene standards
.-Ability to
motivate and manage a team
while maintaining a positive work environment.-Hands-on approach
with good problem-solving and communication skills.-Flexibility to work in a
fast-paced, multicultural production environment
