We are seeking a
Team Leader
who is passionate, organised, and caring--someone who leads by example and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our residents every day.
As a Team Leader, you will be a key member of the care team, supporting the management of daily operations on shift, supervising care staff, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will also play an active role in promoting a safe, respectful, and homely atmosphere where residents' independence and dignity are always upheld.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the care team to deliver excellent standards of care
Supervise staff on shift and provide coaching and guidance as needed
Support the coordination of care planning.
Ensure residents' needs and preferences are met in a person-centered way
Promote a safe and caring environment in line with CQC standards
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
Experience working in a care home, ideally in a supervisory role
Good knowledge of care planning and CQC regulations
Ability to lead a team with confidence, compassion, and professionalism
