```Duties```

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
- Supervision of Care Assistants- Directing Care Assistants and allocation of duties.

Assisting with supervision of Care Assistants.

-Assisting the Care Home Manager with Administrative tasks
- Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate Nurse in Charge/Home Manager

```Qualifications```
- NVQ Levels 2/3/4
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy
- Registration with SCW is required
