We have an exciting opportunity for ambitious team members to join London Brewing Company's newly refurbished pub in central London. This is our second site in the capital and we can't wait to a open our central site.

We are looking for driven individuals who can help create a team who love to serve and help us launch this wonderful Victorian site. As an valued team member, you will ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. We are looking for an all-rounder who is guest focussed, understands the importance of positive hard working yet fun teams, in a wet lead environment.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that exceptional service and quality are consistently delivered. This position requires a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.

Responsibilities

Help to create a new team from scratch in this brand new opening Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service Fully engaging in back-office operations, including rota planning, stock takes and ordering Ensuring compliance with all aspects of licensing obligations plus health and safety Driving excellent customer service at all times, leading from the front of the bar A desire to develop the brand and pub into something better every day

Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
