We are looking for a reliable, proactive
Team Leader / Supervisor
to join our enthusiastic team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll help lead shifts, ensure the smooth running of the gym, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet members and visitors
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas
Perform daily visual checks of equipment and facilities
Complete stock checks and reorder supplies when needed
Serve refreshments, smoothies and more from our Cafe
Handle membership enquiries, cancellations, and admin tasks
Support and guide team members on shift
Update CRM systems with new leads and ongoing enquiries
Assist with social media content, marketing campaigns, and promotions
Follow daily opening/closing and safety procedures
Conduct fire safety and facility checks as required
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident using IT systems including Excel, email, and CRM software
Highly organised with great attention to detail
A team player with a proactive attitude
Willing to work some evenings and weekends on a rota basis
