This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising daily operations, staff and stock.
Duties
Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Working bar hours Cellar management Cashing tills up Weekly paperwork Manage stock and placing orders Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality sector. Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership abilities. Experience in bar work is essential Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
