Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes. Supervise and support team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Assist in the training and development of staff, enhancing their culinary skills and knowledge. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with management to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong background in food preparation and culinary practices, with knowledge of food safety standards. Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities. Familiarity with various aspects of the hospitality industry, including serving, kitchen operations, and barista skills is advantageous.
