Urmston Manor is a 24 bedded care home in Urmston. We are looking for

A FULL TIME TEAM LEADER (36-44 hours)

What we are looking for..........

Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or the willingness to complete this.

Experience in administering medication.

Experiencing in managing a team, in a health and social care setting.

We are seeking a candidate who is able:

To provide leadership to the care staff within the service

To administer medications

To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the direction of the Manager

To supervise the care services within the organisation in accordance with agreed standards

To undertake ongoing training and development

The suitable candidate must

:

Have excellent communication skills

Be flexible and reliable (this role isn't set shifts so working patterns will vary and will include alternate weekends)

Works well independently or as part of a team

Can work well under pressure

Is keen to learn and develop in their career
