The

GLASS PRODUCTION TEAM MANAGER

is the pivotal link between driving efficient Cold End Operators and assuring quality in manufacturing. Acting as the Shift Managers second in command the Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing CE Operators during the assigned shift ensuiring optimal process performance, product quality and team coordination. This role provides visible, hands on leadership on the shop floor, with a focus on maintaining process stability, addressing deviations and achieving daily production targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

Strong leadership and decision making skills Excellent communication, coordination and conflict resolution abilities Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills Commitment to quality, safety and operational discipline Ability to lead under pressure and manage multiple priorities Experience managing and developing technical teams in a shift based production environment Proficient with safety, quality, environmental and manufacturing standards Evidential history and delivering effective leadership to improve business performance
