Responsibilities

Provide leadership and create a shared vision and culture across all aspects of practice. Ensure a person-centred, strength-based, and risk-appropriate approach permeates decision-making at all levels. Influence system-wide cultural change and work towards a joined-up approach to operational services. Lead the development and implementation of strategy in relation to key areas of practice. Form strong and influential relationships across the system to deliver value for money services that manage risk appropriately and improve outcomes.
Person Specification

Experienced social work manager or practitioner with substantial experience and expertise in statutory social work. Proven track record of excellent practice and ability to apply learning to practice. Accomplished communicator and highly respected leader in social work. Ability to inspire colleagues and partner agencies with innovative, best practices. Office-based presence required 2 days a week.
