Position

The Team Manager oversees their sales team, under the direction of their Store Manager, to ensure the best performance while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.


The Team Manager leads the team on the shop floor and challenges them with briefings and coaching, as well as developing the team's autonomy, versatility and excellence thanks to an exemplary approach.

Profile

Minimum 5 years retail experience. Experience in the Luxury sector is a plus Managerial experience is essential Product knowledge and selling ceremony meeting the highest standards Ambassador of the Maison and its values Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry Fluency in English. A second language (preferred) Excellent communication Excellent relationship building skills, great ability to listen and persuade Taste for the challenge and result oriented mindset Good Reactivity, sense of initiative Organizational, analytical and reporting skills Interest and talent for people development
