Job Summary



Reporting to Service Manager, you will support management of a motivated and creative staff team who support adults with complex needs to fulfil their potential, develop skills, and access their communities. You will be based in Nottingham, managing a site within our day opportunities which operates between Monday and Friday, supporting autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities in a variety of ways including 1:1 and in small groups.

As part of your role as manager you will be regularly engaged with the wider management team through regular site communication, team meetings, and training and development opportunities to name a few.

You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience and be supportive and creative in your approach. You will be looking to develop your career in a social care leadership role, if these attributes are correct we could be a great match!

This role needs an excellent care professional with experience of supporting people with complex needs (including people who are non-verbal, may have behaviours of concern and personal care or mobility support requirements), great communication skills with a proven track record with an aptitude for getting the best out of others and giving confident delivery of care and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 27,982.00 per year
