Job Description
Our Ideal candidate should have:

Main Areas of Responsibility:
Leading, motivating, and engaging with your team, building a positive working environment Managing your team's performance to meet targets Encouraging and highlighting progression and training opportunities Staff development, appraisals, and other HR related areas Promote a respectful and inclusive environment Maintain effective relationships with other key teams across the business Effective cost management Risk assessments and Health and Food Safety Focus equally on production targets and the empowerment of your team
Working Hours are 40 hours per week on a rota basis of days and backshift, with every second weekend off. The actual working hours vary on the rota from 06.45 - 14.00, 14.15 - 22.00 and 06.45 - 17.30.
Salary - 32,000.00 to 36,000.00 depending on experience
