The Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin CAMHS services are heading into a new chapter, with a range of exciting job opportunities available.



Our newly developed CHARM (Children's Health and Resilience in Mental Wellbeing) Service will be an early intervention offer to children and young people with mild to moderate health and mental wellbeing problems. We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join the service to help drive this period of transformation!



In the role you will be leading the implementation and delivery of the CHARM Pathway, building on established early intervention and prevention treatments and community engagement across the area.



You will operationally manage and lead the 0-25 pathway as part of the provision of the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin CAMHS Early Intervention and Prevention offer



We have options to work at Severnfields in Shrewsbury or Langley School in Telford

To be operationally responsible for the CHARM Service and ensure that develops and fulfils its purpose and core offer.

To provide supervision including Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy supervision to practitioners within the CHARM Service delivering evidence based low intensity interventions and to staff working within the 0-5 pathway.

To ensure that all workforce responsibilities are carried out, such as managing performance, annual leave, sickness, expenses, annual appraisals, operational supervision, training requirements.

To work alongside the existing teams in building and strengthening relationships Partners and within and service delivery alongside partners/VCSE colleagues and Community based organisations

To develop and maintain good referral links with BeeU / CAMHS Pathways.

To develop and maintain good working relationships with BeeU / CAMHS Partners and external agencies within health, social care and third sector organisations.

To be responsible for the Teams in meeting national and local performance targets.
