As Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the CAMHS Community Service, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, maintain a clinical caseload (50% of your hours), and play a key role in service development aligned with the Trust's strategic goals.

Main duties, tasks & skills required

Lead and manage the CAMHS CEDS Service, ensuring delivery of high-quality care within agreed objectives and standards.
Maintain a clinical caseload for 50% of your contractual hours, providing advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members.
Manage recruitment, performance, and development of staff in line with Trust policies.
Ensure operational and financial efficiency, including budget management and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including GPs, partner agencies, and service user groups.
Promote patient involvement and feedback in service development.
Uphold safeguarding, equality, and confidentiality standards.
