Purpose and Requirements




What is a Viewings Manager?




As a Viewings Manager, you will be oversee the day to day operations of a team of Local Property Agents, ensuring the successful delivery of accompanied viewings. Your primary responsibility will focus on managing the performance of the team, focussed on selling homes, maximising cross selling opportunities and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with Senior Leadership and contribute to the development of sales strategies, and ensuring the team is aligned with overall business objectives. You will have experience in the property industry, proven leadership abilities with a process mindset. You have the skills, experience and market knowledge to develop and coach a high performing tea to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.




Team Leadership



Lead, manage and develop a team of LPA's scheduling accompanied viewings, ensuring they meet KPIs ad deliver excellent customer service




Performance Management



Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback through 121's and team meetings. Implement performance improvement plans and recognise and reward achievements




Coaching and Development



Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge of the team LPAs, including sales techniques and customer service best practice. Identify areas for development and implement training programmes as needed




Operational Excellence



Ensure the team operates efficiently within the standard operating rhythm, meeting KPIs. Monitor and manage work schedules to optimise performance, ensuring sufficient coverage for viewings across locations and maintain an organised way of working



Contribute to and champion a culture of continuous improvement




Customer Service Focus



Emphasise a customer centric approach with sales through service, ensuring sales efforts are aligned with exceptional customer service



Identify and resolve any issues or challenges with efficient problem solving and maintain high standards




Communication and collaboration



Collaborate with other LPA managers to ensure standard operating rhythm and ways of working are aligned, with consistent communication and feedback.




Cross Selling Opportunities



Contribute to and execute sales initiatives to focus on selling homes, maximise revenue by means of upselling & cross selling. Track and analyse sales performance results, making data led decisions to optimise sales results and outcomes
