What You Will Do

Coach and motivate a diverse logistics team to achieve and exceed performance goals. Drive professional growth, succession planning, and multi-skilled development. Take ownership of stock control, supplier relationships, and global coordination. Use data insights to solve problems and implement scalable solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver excellence.
What You Will Bring

Proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or regulated operations. A natural ability to energise and influence teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confidence in managing stock, suppliers, and workflow. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365 proficiency.
