Due to the continued growth and development of Foundation Fostering, a small independent therapeutic fostering agency based in Worcestershire, covering the West Midlands area, we are seeking to recruit an experienced

Team Manager

to join our dedicated and passionate team.

As Team Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the agency. This is an exciting and demanding opportunity for an experienced social worker with strong leadership and management skills who is committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the Registered Manager in the operational management of the service Providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to the social work team Ensuring compliance with fostering regulations, standards, and best practice Contributing to service development and continuous improvement Promoting a therapeutic, child-centred approach across the agency
About you:

Qualified and registered Social Worker Significant experience in children's services or fostering Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills Commitment to therapeutic and trauma-informed practice Management qualification or willingness to work towards one
