What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Children in Care Team, ensuring the team provides a high standard of social work services to children, young people, and families.

• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to coordinate comprehensive care plans for children and young people.
• Ensure compliance with statutory duties, regulations, and guidance governing children's social care.
