WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact the satisfaction of our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

The Role



Provide excellent customer service. Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards. Able to make pastries after training such as roll cakes, macarons, scones, cookies, etc. Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer. Follow health, safety, and welfare guidelines for all products. Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station. Including standards for stocking, rotating, and storing products. Perform cleaning tasks and daily checklists, and maintain cleaning standards. Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills. Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits Perform basic maths for cash handling and order processing. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Possess an outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and identify and use resources to improve overall operations. High attention to detail. Teamwork and interpersonal skills. Multi-tasking skills. Willingness to learn Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizing and planning skills. Food Handler's certification is a plus - will be provided Previous experience in a restaurant or similar setting is beneficial but not essential
