Duties

Assist with food preparation to ensure timely service and quality standards are met Serve customers efficiently and courteously, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Handle food safety procedures diligently, adhering to hygiene standards and health regulations Manage basic maths for billing, cash handling, and inventory checks accurately Support kitchen operations by organising supplies and maintaining cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues during busy periods Ensure all tasks are completed within allocated timeframes, demonstrating effective time management

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Culinary experience or kitchen background will be considered a plus Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if required

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
