Job Overview

We are seeking a Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team in our stores across Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Taking customer orders accurately and conveying them to the kitchen promptly
- Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Handling payments and operating the electronic till system
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house area

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is desirable
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Familiarity with food preparation processes
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Ability to perform basic maths calculations for order totals and bill splitting
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
