Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant Visitor Experience team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our operational standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. You will be required to work in a Cafe, Bar and Retail environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and seating areas Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers Assist in managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring full product range is always available Engage with customers, providing friendly service while upselling products in cafe, bar and retail areas Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math's skills for processing payments

Experience

Previous experience in cafe & bar is crucial with a focus on team work, maintain company standards and customer care. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to maintain high hygiene standards Familiarity in retail would be advantageous. Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a busy environment A willingness to learn and adapt quickly within a team-oriented setting
