Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant Visitor Experience team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our operational standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. You will be required to work in a Cafe, Bar and Retail environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and seating areas Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers Assist in managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring full product range is always available Engage with customers, providing friendly service while upselling products in cafe, bar and retail areas Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math's skills for processing payments Events Waiter Responsibilities
As part of supporting events at our Brand Home, you will:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are prepared to company standards. Provide attentive and professional table service during private functions, tastings, and corporate events. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer care. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of event areas throughout the function. Handle special requests and dietary requirements with discretion and efficiency. Support post-event clean-up and reset for future bookings.

Experience

Previous experience in cafe & bar is crucial with a focus on team work, maintain company standards and customer care. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to maintain high hygiene standards Familiarity in retail would be advantageous. Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a busy environment A willingness to learn and adapt quickly within a team-oriented setting
