Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of cocktails preparation, running drinks and food, customer interaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety within the restaurant environment.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing warm and personalised service and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working atmosphere. Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and inventory management. Running drinks or food to the restaurant standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Ability to work well under hospitality industry pressure. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests. A willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
